Our manufacturers make each order on-demand after your order is placed. This gives BMS a low risk opportunity to be more creative and better gauge what designs are the most desired. As BMS grows and we will invest in more inventory to reduce shipping time while keeping great quality!
USA: 4 - 15 business days. Most orders are shipped within 4 - 5 business days.
Some select items ship premium ($1 more) in 2 days and are delivered in 2 days! Check for premium shipping at checkout!
International: varies per country - usually between 10 - 20 business days

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. You are responsible for all other fees and duties.

For International Orders:
Flat Rate: $9.99
International Orders: If you are ordering outside of the United States, please check with your local postal service to see if you will be charged an additional customs fee based on the price of your order. We can not include that charge in the original shipping price, change the value of the merchandise in the customs information, or refund anyone for this charge. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For domestic orders: As soon as your order is available for tracking you will be sent an email with a tracking number.
For international orders: Tracking is only available on some orders. It is not guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we can not support correcting wrong address entries after 24 hours of placing your order. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If you do not provide a correct address within 2 weeks of return, the item will not be resent and you are liable for all cost.
To send correct your address email us at firstname.lastname@example.org making sure you state your order number.
Order never arrived:
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address,however, it will have to be at your cost. See “address change” section.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with the carrier service. The package may have been lost or stolen.
State sales tax is automatically calculated and charge at checkout.
By law any online store including BMS can only charge sales tax in states they have nexus or have volunteered. If there was no sales tax charged and you do not live in a state where your order is tax exempt or purchased items other than a gift card then you must submit use tax (if your state collects use tax) to your state. This is true for all online stores. Please be aware if other online stores are not communicating this to you.
BMS does not collect VAT or GST at this time as we don't correctly accept international sales. But we will soon!
