To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How does this work?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Select Refund, Exchange, or Credit
  • Select reason for return
  • You will get a confirmation email for the request
  • If the return request is approved you wil be emailed a return label and shipping instructions.
  • Print the provided return label and ship the item.
  • Once the item is returned and inspected you will recieve your refund, exchange order will be processed, or credit will be sent via email.


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order. See full return policy.

  • They must be in original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • damaged or incorrect

If you bought multiple sizes to try on the order is nonrefundable. Refer to size guides or contact us if you need help determining the right size.

Please remember buying items without the intention of keeping them is called "friendly fraud" and ultimaltey hurts a lot of small businesses.

Free gifts, promotional items, digital items, stickers, and gift cards are not returnable.

Exact design colors are not guaranteed as every computer screen and phone displays differently. Slight color variations from the picture do not meet the definition of incorrect and will not be approved.

Are there any charges for return?

  • We get you discounted shipping rates - just print our label and ship!
    • Your cost is subtracted from the refunded or credit amount
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If item is damaged or incorrect - You do not need to return the item. No charge. Just send us a picture.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 working days.


How is credit given?

  • Credit comes in the form of a one-time discount code with the credit value
