Items that aren’t damaged or the wrong size are not eligible for exchange. If damaged or wrong size simply follow the directions below.

Defects within 95% of acceptance are not considered damage. Unfortunately, there is variation in clothing manufacturing. We hope you understand 😊
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Securely pack your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.
Include a note with the following information:
Reason for return
Ship the merchandise to the provided return address provided on the packing slip.
Please make sure to secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your shipment. Your order # is required for your return or exchange to be processed by our fulfillment warehouse.
